Adam B - commentary issues

Hey @AdamB despite assurances there is no commentary for overseas supporters for tonights game.

You log in and it goes straight to billing details....Please see other thread everyone is effected outside of UK

HEEEELLLLPPP!

Rubbish. It's a chance for City to have a really unique and interesting set of content. Bristol is such a creative city, I'm sure a fantastic app could be designed.

Not too impressed with our content and it's usability since the end of the deal - the old service was better.

subscribed to BCFC live audio but every time I click to listen it takes me back to subscription log in. £45 paid Saturday but it is not workking. Please help.

have you got a screen with a photo of headphones and a mic? Click on the red arrow in the centre of the picture…commentary should start.

It always takes me to that page when I log in on iPhone. I've found that if I just go back into to the match page I can then get the commentary without having to log in again.

It shouldn't take people having to fiddle around like that though, needs to be really slick and user friendly.

Oxo, have you actually subscribed to the audio commentary, as well as the video feed? I paid both amounts, and have been able to access the audio stream today with no bother.

Yeah that's good of you, there's probably a way to make it work - but not everyone has the know how/time to get it going.

Adam said this was not necessary as I asked him....The overseas video also subscribes you for audio

Just got this email reply from bristolcitytvsupport@streamamg.com, " Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We are aware of this issue and are working hard to resolve this.  Thank you for your patience. "  So, I guess that they're on it.

OK....So in order to listen I signed up for the audio as well as the live video service.

I have audio now, but have paid for both. @AdamBlet me know if I can claim my money back for the audio part of the service!

Many apologies to those that have been affected. It appears to only be affecting those who have international video subscriptions and should not affect those on audio only.

If you are audio only and are affected, please email bristolcitysupport@streamamg.com. 

Our internet streaming team and web hosts are busy working on this issue to try and rectify for the second half, but I appreciate it still isn't good enough. 

I'll provide a fuller update in due course but please accept our apologies once more.

Much fiddling around and I got it to work. Annoyingly, when listening on a phone (iPhone in my case), you can't do anything else.... can't say send a text or surf the web without losing the sound. 

Didn't happen on the old one and I can listen to say Apple Music or the BBC iplayer and use other apps etc. 

Bit pants really!

maybe theres some sort of glitch. so people who have signed up for audio are getting it, but if people have signed up for the video service and not the audio they arent getting it, although they should

Thanks for addressing this, hopefully  they can get it up and running for the 2nd half

I could not get audio commentary on Saturday...but tonight, after several attempts, it is working.  However, I am not sure what I have clicked on differently tonight . Perhaps better directions should be provided  regarding log-in procedure.

Hello Adam.... a lesser issue but surely when listening on a smart phone you should be able to do other things without losing sound? (I'm thinking send a text, surf the net etc). Is this worth investigating. I'm sure the previous version allowed it.

Agree Shireman

Not user friendly, when you log in and click the audio page it takes you to a page requesting Subscribe or Login

Sorry Adam, same result as before - clicking the red play button on the audio image goes to the account details, even after closing everything and logging back in again.

Just in case....

I've not read page 2

When you get to the billing account details page....

Go to top and you'll see a small box marked with a left arrow to bcfc.Co.uk.

Click on that. Then go to audio again and you'll get the broadcast.
