CoD is one of the first "youngsters" to brought in under SLs plan to sign youngsters relatively cheaply, either from another academy/club or one of our academy graduates, develop them and make a decent profit when they move on, Hes certainly developing into a decent Championship player and would get into all the teams in the league. For me Reading away seemed to be when he started hitting his stride. Put a real shift in that day with some quality. Been excellent since then, probably our best player over the last month.
