Same as every week... it cuts out temporarily a number of times throughout the game.

Anyone manged to get the "open in new window" to work? or to view on a tablet?

not worked at all so far!!!! I will be demanding money back, terrible after all the other games fine. my internet is 30mbps so not that

@AdamB This is really frustrating just have white box with timer going round from Match Centre screen. could this be because club have not renewed my monthly subscription which in theory ran till 9th but I can still logon (also renewal is supposed to be automatic unless you cancel).

I am getting the same and have an annual subscription. Genuinely have better things to do. If they were one of my clients they’d be getting an hourly time wasted invoice.

When you log in... You will see the camera man having a shocker. 

Please disable your zoom. You do not have the craft to make it work. 

Zoom out follow the ball... Simple.

After about 5 attempts of logging out and in, I got it working and got past the loading screen.

Feed dropped after 10 minutes or so but back now.

I've got sound but get a black "flash" every 10 seconds or so as if the camera is blinking!

Feed dropped again as I'm writing this.

A complete lottery with what you get.

If the stream stops try pressing F5. It will refresh the web browser. 

Camera keeps "refreshing" every split second. 

Really this is bad one

Still the same white box with timer going around. I've tried complete reboot, tried Edge instead of Chrome, just not loading the game. Not had this issue before.

No other business could operate with this level of incompetence. We are only sat here now putting up with this shit because we love the club. Ruined my evening.

When I do get the stream to work I have another bizarre issue... Every time the ball goes out for a Burton goal kick their goal keeper goes in to slow motion.

34th minute corner. Camera man is zoomed in on Eliasson. He goes to take the corner ref blows his whistle for a free kick. Guess what.. camera man still on Eliasson. 

We miss the infringement. Hopeless.

Sick to death of this week after week.  Lost connection at 5, 22, 47 and now 51 minutes.  Have had enough and am going to cancel my subscription.  Total incompetence.

And people were worried they were going to manage to block VPNs (:laugh:) perhaps they should just use a mobile and periscope it.

@AdamB, this omni shambles needs sorting and somebody from the company actually tell us what went wrong last night.

No corporate BS just explain what the problem was, it really is not good enough and a grovelling apology.

Absolutely shocking tonight.

PS:- The only problem I have experienced is in 2 home matches Millwall and tonight.

I have sent a tweet to Jon Lansdown, people have got to do the same complain to @AdamB and Jon Lansdown and this time we need answers not bullshit, as I said 2 home games ruined it's simply not good enough, the club employ enough people somebody should be available to co ordinate problems as they occur with the provider, shocking.

Well although did not get game loaded until 29 mins in, after that rest of 1st half was fine. Got a few 'currently not broadcasting' message during half-time, but 2nd half worked fine all the way through!

This actual overseas fan had all the same problems already stated. And I still can't believe the sign-on process has not been cleaned up. For want of a better word or phrase, it's just stupid. Ridiculously so.

I won't be cancelling my subscription because it's the only way I can watch our games. As they know most subscribers are likely in this position, it's probably way down their list of priorities. Prove us wrong City, I am turning into too much of a cynical old git already.

It seems like a lottery, I have had very little problem , only the occasional "dropout" and need to reload BUT tonight was horrific, I have great internet, Nearly new intel i7 laptop, only use Chrome for this streaming as its seemed the best up till now. I had nothing until 29 min in, thats 1/3rd of a game missed and had to refresh at least half a dozen times.With any internet based stream you might expect to have a dropout once or twice at most. I really wish I had paid for it monthly and not annually as I'm not sure I'd pay for it again and just watch certain people who put a "live" feed onto social media sites.......

@AdamB Can someone from the club, StreamAMG or Gibe address the issues raised in this thread?

Given there is another home game this coming Saturday can a support engineer be made available on here?

It’s more concerning that it works for some people and not others. Might not be an easy fix.

Pretty poor there’s no support online during the games. I thought there might be teething issues with this but not as far along as mid October.

We are a quarter way into the season and I think it's very poor that these issues are still occurring. I am abroad for most of the season and was desperate to watch games live but thought I'd wait to see how people rated the feed. Decided in the end to just watch soccer Saturday and follow the game on BBC sport website. It seems that clubs fans that use the EFL package are happy with it. I think it's time for the club to quickly sort this out and start thinking of issuing refunds for a service that fans are paying for and not receiving.

Bctv not available inland UK, only available outside UK.commentary only in UK.

I was told by the club,read terms & conditions first,no refunds

From the outset it was made pretty clear by the club that video streaming would only be available outside of the UK.

The issue highlighted in this thread (and others) is that for those of us outside UK the streaming service is not up to an expected level.

Re: issues on Friday; cabling had been rejigged by HawkEye, which inadvertently had an effect on the live feed. Very frustrating and we apologise to those affected. The cabling will be fixed and tested this week before Saturday.

There is a support email address; bristolcitytvsupport@streamamg.com.

For longer-term suggestions/queries, I'd welcome emails to our head of digital richard.pepper@bristol-sport.co.uk.

sometimes its not 100% and certainly was frustrating on Friday as I had to close and restart a number of times. Would I now be without it? Certainly not!!!! teething problems and all

Me neither but therein lies some of the problem as I see it. The club have got a captive audience.

I have no intention at all of cancelling as I want any chance I can get to watch the City.

I can accept teething problems for the first couple of games of the season but not this far out into the season.

for me only this last game was a real issue and Adam seems to have explained that above. Hoping Saturday is flawless so I dont miss any of our destruction of Leeds.
