Steve getting arrested with a dangerous sausage roll topped it of for us ;)

S16,  I believe has something to do with anti-terrorism powers?

If so they may have mistaken the sausage roll for a high explosive device, other wise at a bit of a loss and surely a case for an Independant Police review

I'd be happy with a good performance, a goal for us and a narrow defeat.
I don't think we'll win it , and we could do without more games , plus we could do without playing their neighbours any time soon
Add to that I don't have holidays left for a semifinal trip

I have to take a half day off if I want to watch it. Just started a new job and so I have to leave early for, ahem, a pre-existing appt that cannot be changed at this stage;) Weird how my son needs to leave school early the same day for a Drs appt...

DAZN sports here we come!

Took the day off as well. Subscription for Dazn sorted!

10 Manchester fans invited to my house for breakfast and cider.

Can't wait

The only bad result on Wednesday is if we get absolutely hammered as that could knock the players confidence.

Theoretically whats a hammering though? If we lose by 4 goals then yeah, fair enough, but to not get outclassed and give them a real game of it could only lift the squad.

Its possible I suppose, but when they are on their game they can hammer Premier sides.

Brighton went out to Lincoln last year in the FA Cup, and did them no harm. First and foremost, no injuries or suspensions for me. Then what happens, happens.

I agree James, I`m expecting to go out but as long as we go down fighting I`m OK with it. Mind you I thought we`d lose to Watford, Stoke and Palace so what do I know?

The worst thing for me would be to be something like four down with twenty minutes to go and the ground emptying on live TV, that would be embarrassing I`m afraid.

We may well lose, but as long as the players give everything they can then I won't be too upset.

On a similar theme to your second paragraph, I'm sure that about 14-15 years ago when we went a goal down it would often kick our fans and the atmosphere up a notch. We as fans need to find that sort of mentality again as it often goes very quiet at AG when we concede, whether we are winning, drawing or losing at the time.

I do expect the usual OTIB overreaction if we lose as well.

Who the ####ing hell are you...?!

Small town in Oldham, you’re just a small town in Oldham..!

what’s it like to see a crowd..?!

Is that all you take away..?!

4-0, 4-0, 4-0...! :fingerscrossed:

Can we play you every week..?

Singing "you're not singin anymore" once our second goal goes in will do for me.

Followed by a bunch of excuses and sour grapes from Jose.

Hope the ref is a homer too.

I get sick of hearing Palace fans are the only ones who can generate home atmosphere so please let's show the mega audience how mental we can go

To be fair the Palace fans are awesome at generating a brilliant home atmosphere. Their club has been great in cooperating with them to help with their ‘displays’ and general organisation.....lots of lessons to be learned from that......we can only aspire to get to their level of vocal support.

And these views are not from watching them on MOTD, my job has involved extensive socialising with journalists and the media, and a fair few of them support Palace so I’ve spent quite a bit of time at Selhurst Park for my sins....at the moment Palace fans and their support highlights the template to follow, they are organised and deafening when they get going...

"Never win the , Never win the, Never win the Gloucester cup....Never win the Gloucester cup"

I loved it when we played Forest last season, they were singing “...Champions of Europe, you’ll never sing this...” to which we immediately replied “....Johnstone’s Paint Trophy winners, you’ll never sing this....” - laugh? I nearly bought me own beer...
