A very good day out. The reds won 9 - 6.

Marvin Elliott still good.

Alex Russell still good.

Lee Johnson still good. Set up some good goals.

Lee Trundle still good.

Louis Carey still good.

And a few celebrities were very good.

Kerry Katona was a bit loud And a no show from Katie Price.

This isn't meant to be overly controversial, but in what fields are these people 'celebrated'?

I don't watch a huge amount of television, so I am guessing that they are largely recognised actors/singers and musicians.

Thought the No6 for the blues took his goals very well. Also a couple of good saves from both goalies

I’m glad you said. I thought it must just be me getting old. If those listed were “to name a few”, how obscure were the others?

I'm almost pleased that it isn't just me! I assume those with the prefix 'DJ' are on the wireless, and there is someone who acts in a soap opera (which I understand to be an incredibly difficult job), but beyond that...

Shane Ward

I heard as he nipped past Johnson, he said "I'm not here to say I'm sorry, I'm not here to lie to you, I'm here to say I'm ready, That I've finally thought it through, I'm not here to let your love go, I'm not giving up oh no, I'm here to win your heart and soul" after this little rant, he struck the ball with his left foot and it cannoned off Louis Carey's thigh and roofed the net, but Shane was not having it as an own goal, as he turned to the ref and shouted out "That's my goal".

(I'll get my coat)
