Lineup pretty much as expected. All but confirms Walker's gonna be playing as a centre half for us at the world cup.

Dier next to Alli in midfield is interesting.

Won’t read too much into that , Henderson only coming back today after a week off . Should be close to starting line up though .

Great to see a young squad going , just hope the press don’t put too much pressure on them, as if.

Here’s now BBC are showing the lineup

Well that's just ******* mental to be honest. Lingard and Sterling as inverted wingers (?), Dier who isn't exactly an orchestrator on his own in the middle, with Alli just next to Kane? Personally assumed it'd be something like:

                             Pickford

Tripper - Walker - Cahill - Stones - Young

                            Alli - Dier

  Sterling                                             Lingard

                                  Kane

Is there any need for 3 keepers on the bench as well???

Thoughts on the Nigeria shirt?!

Interesting. Looks like someth8ng from 30 years ago. But from a distance, a long distance the colours look lime and white which looks quite nice.

Did he have an option to play for them and didn’t, some Nigerian heritage?

Nigerian father, English mother. However his father moved to America a week after he was born, think thats why he has Dele on his shirt.

Ah that’s it is it. I think there was some upset with his Dad yes, and he doesn’t have his name on his shirt as you say.

Said on BBC news this morning that fans were queuing up overnight for the Nike shop to open in London and that world wide over 3m Nigeria shirts have been sold.........obviously there must be something about the design that attracts so many people.
