cheshire_red
Heard it live, good lad, played in the same school team, he just about had the better sporting career thereafter. Daughter at Cambridge University doing Veterinary Degree!
Eddie Hitler
Wow, that's dreadful. I didn't realise that diabetes got progressively worse. He always came across as a decent chap did Gary and I'm impressed but not surprised that he's making light of it.

Dr Balls
Just goes to show that even someone who must have controlled his Type 1 diabetes extremely well to be a top level professional, can still get long-term problems, if he has diabetic neuropathy in his feet to the extent that he can't feel a rat nibbling them! Hope he recovers ok & hasn't picked up anything too nasty from the rats....

cheshire_red
If his brother hadn't been at City Gary would have been.
