marmite
Passed down to me through a series of Chinese whispers was news that at the November Senior Reds Dinner, Mike Kelly, the stadium manager, said that had City been promoted last season, which looked possible at Xmas, then the stadium was not Premiership ready regarding floodlights, media facilities, and tannoy system. Upgrades would have cost 4-5 million pound. Is this correct?

It was one of our speakers that told exactly that. Might well have been Adam Baker when he was speaker at Senior Reds about 18\12 ago. Much of the requirements were about the facilities to accommodate VaR.
