Am surprised to read that if it isn't

Only places I've had mine properly checked for certificates are Wigan this season and Kaliningrad in the World Cup.

On the topic of flags in general, Villa was a first this weekend though in that they packed them up and took them to the car park for pick up without telling the owners or the stewards stood next to them!
