Hope to go to Goodison Park next year, be nice if was with City , a mate is a member and should be able to get tickets. Really want to go there before they move. Additional piece to the OP's below.

One of my favourite grounds, dated yes but full of character. 

Renovating grounds works for me, OT, VP and Sids are still historical and unique but comply to the modern day norms. 

Some, in facts quite a lot, of new builds are too generic, a change of seat colour is all that changes really.... Meh
