It's his streaks that are the problem. Most of his managerial career his teams do it. We go on an excellent run then bang we can't pass, defend or score. 

Is the club getting too nice? Players know there's not really any punishment when they perform poor. Can't imagine them being scared of Lee letting rip in the changing room

Why should he track back? He is an attacking midfielder- play to his strengths - the other 8 or 9 players behind him is enough defenders surely?

No plan B. Can't motivate to save his life. Looks good in a tie though and has done the FA coaching course.
