I agree...I wasn't inferring everyone was. I was offered 'bungs' by Sub Contractors many a time to get contracts. I always turned them down. Eventually they stopped as word got around I wasn't that way inclined. Used to see envelopes change hands to onsite QS's and Site Managers all the time. It was very open it seemed.
