Kodjias Wrist
Shrews fans not too pleased with draw I imagine. No big pay day and little chance of progression!
Ska Junkie
At least we can show the Shrews that there really is only one team in Bristol. Proper ground, cover over and seats in the away end, not a tent in sight and a warm welcome. Then we batter them!

I am delighted with the draw. Not an easy game, but a game that should be a good test for the likes of Semenyo. Hoping he gives a youngster a debut like Towler who looked excellent in 23s game. weepywall
Not disappointed, off the radar type of game, better than a non league team away, should get through.

Guess we can expect Maenpaa, Szmodics, Semenyo, Wright, maybe Dasilva if he's just coming back. Bakinson and Adelakun possibly although they seem to be a bit out of favour. Maybe Janneh as well if he's back from Torquay and not gone elsewhere.

I'd play him and trust he's got enough pride and integrity to give a full account of himself - even if that won't stop Szmodics bagging 4.
JamesBCFC
Spurs and West Ham the only London sides to be drawn away. Can see some fixtures being shuffled around there.

Nogbad the Bad
Good draw. We can give an outing to 2-3 fringe players, not too many though as we want to progress. We're not a big enough club to take the piss out of Shrewsbury by playing a disjointed team of reserves. We should make the 4th round with this draw, so with the prospect of bigger ties to follow make sure we do LJ!
Elruliri
Why do we get rubbish draws??? In nearly 40 years I think we've drawn Chelsea, Liverpool and Everton.

Though tbh, given what happened with Bury, it's good from a broad perspective if lower/non League sides get these big ties. Also nice from a Cup tradition POV. Just 21 years ago, Port Vale were above Man City in the pyramid. So were we in fact...1998/99. Grimsby too.
