Also says something along the lines of needing to have the enthusiasm or basically packing it in. Let's hope he still has the enthusiasm to build something with us. Building something isn’t easy, just ask Boris how he got on with his Garden Bridge in London. That only wasted £53 million though, peanuts compared to what Lansdown has wasted in BS3!
