Englands fixtures in the Nations league

Never to the dark side

  • The title was changed to Englands fixtures in the Nations league

Hungary away is also behind closed doors, so having waited over 20 years for a game in Budapest (since the game Sebok played in in 1999) we will have had two there in the space of 10 months, with English fans unable to attend either.

Hungary at Wolves should be decent. I might finally get to see the team I support win a game at Molineux.

Munich in June should also be a good trip, although I'm not a fan of the Allianz Arena.

Looks like it was an under 21 game on the 12th of May 1992, with Cole scoring for the under 21s in a 2-2 draw:

Is that still a thing?

There has been a very large rise in cases over the last 3 weeks (42%) on the 15th Sep for instance there were 3,000 cases on the 16th 15,000 so yes unfortunately it is, though hospitalisations and deaths are thankfully much lower than they were. I read talk of cases reaching record levels by the end of Oct beginning of Nov, let's hope not.

Had a quick look.

We last won in Italy in 1948 and 1961...we also beat them in 1997 in France and 2012 in Switzerland.

They could be a bit vulnerable, they're rebuilding a bit probably post missing this WC and 2018. Otoh they don't lose at home often at all. Oooh except one key game! At home to North Macedonia in the playoffs in the Spring! They massively dominated but lost..

They seem not to convert a great percentage of their chances.
