You can see, whatever our opinion on individual players, why certain players have been allowed to move on…they are under pressure for their places from those in younger groups. Not sure who said it, might’ve been Brian or Gary Owers but along the lines of - stop looking about whose place your after, watch the players after your place. Very true by the seems of things.

What was the name of that young lad who played up top for the 23s once last season? Yeboh or something? Think he was only 15?

Sleepy1968
Maybe we had 'one of those days' when everything we hit went in, and after a certain number of goals I guess Hull just gave up. But what caused Hull to be so uncompetitive in the first place?

Ap Sion has been age group Channel Island sprint Champion all through his school years. He's also won High Jump and long jump competitions. Ben Acey has a reputation of being even better than Scott, a year or so behind him. Worryingly (considering Scott's yellow card total) he is supposed to be more aggressive in his approach. Played alongside both but not at the same time as they couldn't be in the same room together without a major row. Franny had it all played for Torbay and Devon schoolboys but was a loose cannon always in trouble and that's how his life continued. Was a year older than Colin with more talent. Unfortunately he died 5 years ago.
