In summer obviously it'd be in the carpark converted, Fans Village. That can't be done in November/December, it's not very appealing mild Autumn though it's been at times, so inside it is! That was my take as well until, on re-reading it talks about watching it on 'The Big Screen' - the only one I can think of apart from the Sports Bar is the one on the outside? Thats whats confusing me Can imagine there will be plenty of pissed off people if they are paying a tenner to sit in the concourse and watch on those small screens.
