Stop making out like he’s blameless ffs!! It’s his job to manage the team and train the players he has. He’s been here long enough now to atleast have us playing decent football/defensively solid. Less experienced managers with far less money at clubs deemed smaller than ours have had more success in 2 years than Nige has. Let's hope Pearson can make it, but he doesn't seem the guy for the job either. He has worse results that he has to with this group of players.
