secondly I never said I didn’t respect the support shown by other nations, I was just saying they bang on about all the other home nations having passionate unrivalled support as if Englands fans have no passion .

I agree, it's nauseating. Wales and their passionate fans, Geordies and Mackems 'Love' their club. Surely everyone is passionate and loves the team they support.

Been an old World Cup so far. 4 0-0 draws. A few 1-0's, a few hammerings and 2 major upsets. If you are glass half empty you may say it has been boring, but I think those shocks have made it far from it.

While this clearly isn't a penalty I would also question whether we are judging a bit by the fact we have a bit more physicality allowed over here- especially in the Championship. A bit more leeway basically.

That was a poor call in any circs though.
