Overall Boxing Day ticket sales are over 20k

I'd be disappointed it we weren't close to 25,000 by kick off. I hope WBA get a bigger allocation than 2500 or that will reduce the gate to 23,000. They should have close to 4,000 tickets, they would shift them no problem.

not bad considering its mid week, and no train services not even on any dodgy live TV feeds.

Allocation for West Brom on the boxing fixture is  2,500,not sure how many have been sold

Just a short journey vai M6 and/or A45. No worse or time consuming than Bristol to Gloucester. Or Ashton Gate to Swindon Town.

So not so wonderful fans as it would appear.

Including SC holders. I’m away over Xmas so my SC won’t be there but my seat will.

Not having a go at you Alan, but I did say ticket sales specifically…not fans through the turnstiles.  We all know that ticket sales are greater than “bums on seats”.  I don’t be there either.  Merry Xmas.

No buses on the day will have quite an impact as well I reckon.

Don't bank on that. Last I heard your seat was going for a long weekend in Torquay, saying it 'deserves a break'.

Oddly enough I am away in Torquay at the end of January - bowls tour. It’s the only place that I’ve played indoor with a blue carpet.

It looks really odd………….:dunno:

Is it a "must attend" game?

I'd say so, have you seen the league table??? For us we need to get the three points and get climbing the table. For them, they are on a run towards the play offs, plus it is is Boxing Day, which is usually one of the best supported days of the season.
