Lewis O’Brien (Forest - loan) and Ethan Brierly ( Rochdale perm).  They’ve committed to continuing with the purchase of Brierly as they know how much Rochdale will be banking on the money.

Nixon says they're still pushing on with their appeal, don't expect a swift resolution- EFL will look to vigorously defend, arbitration will decide either way.

Their Appeal/Hearing is tomorrow apparently.

Dunno if it is the judgement day or it goes Hearing then to Appeal if either side unhappy.

Not really, they contacted about O’Brien very early in the window but were told it was no unless the right thing happened for Forest. Blackburn then get a call on deadline day that something can happen. So it’s wrong to say Blackburn had a month to get it done as it’s only on Forest’s say so anything could happen.
