Young kids look up to him (Conway/Scott vids), sets an example with his work ethic and an international to boot. Andi is one of my favourite city players in recent years. So many pros, ex pros and managers say that the choice of captain on the pitch isn’t that important. The main role is off the pitch link between players and manager.
