Time to resurrect a previous suggestion?

It was suggested at the League AGM some year back that in addition to normal points for draws and wins, extra points should be available for an aggregate win.

City lost 3-2 at Norwich, but beat them 1-0 at home so we'd be awarded an extra point for the "Away goals win".

if we had lost -0 there, but  2-0 at home an extra point would be awarded for the aggregate win.

After today's result I like the idea.

And if you score in 5 consecutive games you get a extra 5 points,10 consecutive games 10 points etc, football is a easy game made harder by idiots
