<Insert obligatory John Peel meme>

Just a snippet from Twitter, linked into a FIFPRO report on minutes played by younger players . Can’t help but feel we have a team in place now who know how to manage workload of players exceptionally well and with the added depth this season that should stand us in good stead…

He’s an exemplar in his field.  No way he comes here without Nige being here.  He’s also been given scope to introduce stuff that he wasn’t allowed to at Leicester - there was some company brought in to look at skeletal impact from jumping.  He said it was something he’d wanted to bring in previously but Leicester wasn’t allowed.

A true professional and expert in his field. There's no quackery to see here. When Dave Rennie speaks everyone should sit up, listen and take notice.

We have never been as well served in that department as we currently are with this bloke.

Nige said in one of his early interviews he was a “friend”, he’s never said that about any other employee.

We are incredibly lucky to have him, he’s a top in his field of expertise level appointment.

We have had some incredibly amateur people in that role over the years (ask Sean Dyche), but definitely no longer.

I think it might have been yourself that said it on another thread, but he's constantly learning and looking for ways to improve. According to his twitter account, just last week he was at a major conference of medical professionals working in football, sharing ideas and picking up stuff on new ways to prevent and treat injuries.
