Every now and again I recall that when I was maybe 8 or 9 - I went to Ashton Gate to have my photo taken (along with lots of other kids) in amongst the City squad. This I would assume was as part of the annual team photo session. It was in the late 1970s during our time in the old first division. I have an awful memory so don’t remember much about it. I have very vague memories of sitting amongst the likes of Gow and Ritchie… For some reason I never received a copy of the photo which was part of the deal. My dad waited for its delivery but it never came and for some unknown reason my dad never chased it up. Does this ring any bells with anyone? Does anyone have any of these photos? If you have no luck, I can look through my programmes 76 - 80 to have a look. They're in the loft so not easily accessible but willing to look.
