Same happened yesterday at Brentford v Spurs so obviously goalies will be allowed to do what they like . Whereas last season Man C got a penalty at Arsenal for a similar sort of incident. Lrrr
Compare that to the Brentford v Spurs penalty given by VAR for a clear and obvious error
Davefevs
It’s a disgrace that’s not a penalty. Unforgivable.
Lrrr
So they want to leave as many to the on field ref as possible, but again deemed the Brentford one yesterday to be a clear and obvious error but not that, just admit you didn't want to give one in the last minute at Old Trafford 3
ChrisBW
Shocking decision re:penalty. How did Varane not get booked for going into the crowd. Rotherham player Saturday got booked for doing the same thing.

Anyone who seriously thinks games are refereed without bias at Old Trafford & Anfield then I’ve got some magic beans I’d like to sell you. United have been benefiting from home town decisions back since Ferguson was first allowed to bully referees with impunity.

Dodgy decisions in favour of Man U seems to be a given. Not surprised O'Neil had a hissy fit. Impressed by Wolves slick passing and movement, and also the direct runs from deep towards United's goal, but they just can't put the ball in the net. United did not deserve anything from that game. And Its Smith
It’s happened already. Gary O'Neil says PGMOL's Jon Moss spoke to him after the game and has admitted @Wolves should have had a penalty and it was a clear and obvious error. ChrisBW
Should be a review system, one per manager per game. PNE could have reviewed the Vyner penalty (which was a pen) , we could review the foul on Bell Saturday (shoved over clear as day), and wolves could appeal the pen tonight. Really easy. Why would it make a difference when VAR, which reviews every incident, gets it wrong ?

Ran over to the Man U bench to run the decision by them more like. As I think ha s already been said, you can perhaps excuse the refs original decision as he only saw it once in real time. For VAR to have the benefit of slo-mo and from various angles and still not give it is inexplicable - the VAR equivalent of Fergie time!
