Do you think more of the football staff at a L1 club would be just salaried? So no compo necessary?

It’ll be some comp due as he won’t have worked a notice period for leaving, happens lower down than league one

Another one who’s had some very very senior roles at a young age. Haven’t heard of a dual coach and analyst role, ticks the progressive box. Obviously a key part of their set up. Exciting

its becoming more prevalent, will probably oversee the analysis department while someone else will lead the day to day but then he’s also out on the pitches coaching

At Leicester, Steve Walsh was part-time coach (on the grass 😉) and part-time recruitment lead.  What better way to recruit players than see exactly what the manager and coaches (himself bring one of them) are trying to achieve.

Sure they were but in the scheme of things paying up these contracts, assuming 2 of them did not walk without a payoff, is not going to be massive and akin to signing players

Sure but the money came from capital. But yes a couple of 100k is not that big a bite.
