mason
Dying a death aren`t they? ......cant think of anything I would miss if they all went off tomorrow. The never ending Ant and Dec shows, Talent (or lack of it) shows, Strictly (boring/fixed) etc, etc, the constant money making phone in`s for competitions/votes (why have panels and phone in votes?, to pay their stupid wages no doubt) Talking the main 5 channels not the 100`s of others available Who still watches/likes these channels?..........what would you miss.......moan over. Lanterne Rouge
The local news is about it for me, that and the odd Attenborough series. Even those, if you wait a couple of months, they pop up on Sky Nature or somesuch.
Erithacus
The football? No extra money for terrestrial, and no adverts on the Beeb.
W-S-M Seagull
I've just renewed my Sky contract at 130 a month and I'm now wondering if its actually worth it. The only live TV I watch is football really. Everything else I watch on catch up or on demand when it suits me. They don't make good live TV anymore.

But this is why I keep Sky, bec it records everything for me and I can watch back when I want I'm not sure IPTV etc lets you record?

ralphindevon
The top 5 channels hardly anything, maybe one program a week. Besides Sky Sports, cricket and football, I mainly watch YouTube, closely followed by Netflix and a bit of Amazon Prime
CodeRed
I only really watch sport on TV, Sky live football games, BT games inc. all European competitions, Rugby, F1, ... the odd film ( 1 or 2 a month) on Netflix or Prime. The news. That's it. I don't watch any soaps, comedies, dramas, reality, house, bake off, jungle, dating, cooking, or anything with Clarkson or Piers Morgan in it. Fortunately my wife likes football & sport as well otherwise we'd have a problem! 1

Mrs LR pretty much hates everything I like and the feeling is mutual (She`s watching some crap about cheerleaders in America FFS) while I`m watching our own Alice Roberts fronting Fortress Britain. Multiroom has saved our marriage IMO!
