West Ham Replay: Sold Out 🎟️/Live on BBC 📺

Recommended Posts

it is fantastic we have reciprocated the £10 West Ham Provided. However based upon all the recent chats on empty seats in the South Stand, I hope the club doesn't allow upgrades on kids' season tickets to adults in the priority windows.

No they didn't.

Yes they did

Ticket prices are agreed to incorporate replays

Common sense must tell you that if we charged WHU more than they charges us there would be uproar

Does that 'same for both games' rules apply to ALL fans, or just to away fans though?

Nope they can't, it's on the FAQs. You an only purchase the seat in the same price category that it was purchased as a season ticket.

Wonder what plan the club have to get it hopelessly wrong, given that they have got the pricing spot on, they haven't left a lot of room to nause it up.

Half and half scarves that double as lanyards, that's my guess.

Letting West Ham bring a bubble machine...

Here are the rules.

Which one lays out the requirement you purport to exist?

West Ham was £25 on the halfway line.

Prices compare to relative stand. Was £10 for season tickets in away end, but that’s the same as £10 in the south stand this time.

Saw some yesterday....hopefully there's plenty unsold, in which case expect to see them!

(for clarity: hopefully as in 'hope they didn't sell them' NOT 'hope there's still some to buy' 😂)

Edit. Just checked, the whole stadium was a tenner as long as you were a season card holder, so not the same.

Tickets for West Ham fans on Sunday were more expensive than for us.

Definitely recall seeing prices of £25/30 for home sections.

Yes I read it wrong to start with, very generous way of treating away fans. More of the same please.

This is what they were...

The bands mean nothing to me, but you can hazard a guess! I think they go up in price after the priority sales - so do ours (although they're unlikely to be many get that far!)

All seems pretty much as ours.

Evidence that replay tickets don't have to be the same as replay tickets...

Newport County vs Eastleigh - https://www.newport-county.co.uk/news/20232/december/tickets--eastleigh-tickets-now-on-sale/
Adult Terrace £16
Adult Seated £18

Eastleigh vs Newport County - https://www.eastleighfc.com/news-tickets-on-sale-for-fa-cup-replay-against-newport-county/
Adult Terrace £15
Adult Seated £20

Not sure why it's a pastime to make mythical FA Cup rules - the one about the away team still having to agree the pricing will loiter forever...

From previous experience that means you can show the bar code from your email on your phone.

The club usually say don’t rely on this but it’s worked for me before, not so many people have printers at home anymore

Why didn't we give WHU the whole stand ?
They have just under 3.5k when the stand holds over 4k , after getting 9k might have been good to give them the lot so the ground had a chance of a real sell out.

That date isn't set in stone.

I would think it's likely this match is chosen for TV somewhere, so might be played Monday or Wednesday yet!

There will be uproar on here if the date is moved.

I think that's why nothing much has been said about a game on at Dismal land the same day. TV will have their say before Police get involved and then we will know for sure. Everton Vs Palace in in the Calendar for the Wednesday already, I think Wolves Vs Brentford or our game will move to the Monday for TV . Depending on tonights game result.

Oh yes I've never actually printed a ticket 😜 just use the pdf/email instead ... but it won't be a digital ticket per se (so won't appear in your Apple/Google wallet)

I see the blue few are confirmed as the Weds night, so would make the rather obvious assumption of us being the Tuesday now! 🤞

And it's another game where the original tie ticket prices bear no relation to the replay ticket prices. I think that myth has been well and truly busted.

Because those replacement adults will have done nothing to earn the priority that members have paid for.

Can’t see why the club don’t let me upgrade my granddaughters ticket to adult one. Can’t see her coming when she’s up at 7 for school next day.
Surly it makes sense to allow me to pay a tenner rather than £5.

Might be something to do with the date of birth I'm sure you can't upgrade a 7 year old straight to an adult if she was 17 and just turned 18 it might be different. I'm presuming they have your granddaughters details.

I dont personally see why you should be able to pay £50 for a child's season ticket to then be able to give that ticket to any Tom that you happen to know when tickets are in high demand

I believe it's partly due to safeguarding in the family area. You are only supposed to be there with children.

At least, that's what they told me when I upgraded my daughters for a mate one match and they made us move out of the family area.

Great pricing, which is becoming a consistent theme with City, so again credit where it’s due in that regard.

How dare you praise the club , your subscription will be cancelled from otib asap

Why should you be able to give your ticket to a mate who has done nothing to earn the priority members have paid for?

You bought a season ticket for a child, nothing more, nothing less.
