22A
City travel to The Hawthorns on Saturday 16th March. For those of us old enough; who will ever forget 17th March 1976? Not the highest scoring win of the season, but the most important. 5

ashton_fan
I don't know how we won that game, WBA hit the woodwork so many times. It was after that I believed it must be our season for promotion, and so it proved.
22A
https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/68556122 West Bromwich Albion have been charged with misconduct by the Football Association over crowd disorder during their FA Cup derby defeat by Wolves. "It's also alleged that the club failed to ensure its spectators and/or supporters refrain from throwing missiles or other potentially harmful or dangerous objects towards the pitch." harvey54
Remember clenching for most of the game after we scored and then getting stuck in a car park until nearly midnight. Possibly the game that got us promoted. Heady days
NYTRAM
Anyone know if tickets have been sent out or is another last minute arrival?

Second half siege of the City goal at the Brummie Road end of the Hawthorns. Almost as good a night as a year later at Coventry. PS. Four of us went by car. Parked and got to the Hawthorn's pub which was absolutely heaving with red and white. One of our four, got down on his hands and knees, disappearing into the bar. Returned three minutes later with four pints, or nearly as some got spilled on the way back.
redkev
I can remember when Aaron Brown had an absolute cracker of a game still think we only drew 2-2 and I think the game went on until about 5.15 , also remember lots of shenanigans going on for most of the match one year 2nd half delayed due to think it was a different game to the Aaron Brown game though
