The majority are decent Championship standard players BUT only in a counter attacking set-up, a few such as Max are as middle of the road as you can get at Championship level whatever the style you play, a small number like Dickie are good Championship players full stop and a few find it difficult at the level more often than not or aren't even trusted to play it. Name the "league 1 at best" (what you are really saying is League 2) players who regularly play.
