The difference between Man City and Arsenal in the end comes down to 2 draws or a 'bawhair' as they say in Scotland, I don't think anyone can say Arsenal bottled the title again really, Man City have had the games in hand for a while as well.

Last season I said Arsenal bottled it which many disagreed with. But in my opinion they did.

This season the same cannot be said. They've just been outdone by a better team. Fair play to them for taking that step forward.

The only criticism I have is that they lost the title by playing for a draw at the Etihad. They knew City had those games in hand so that was baffling.

I think they lost it at home to Villa .

Pretty disrespectful towards West Ham saying they have already won the league.

Writing their team talk for them. A shame WH don't have anything to play for but then sometimes motivation comes from strange places, such as being written off beforehand. Moyes will have a plan for sure.

I saw most of the game last night. Very tippy tappy, both teams looked reluctant to shoot. Credit to Pep for that unusual call on subbing the keeper.

About Villa, that is quite an achievement this season when you look at the teams below them. Europe is a great adventure - if you have the depth of squad to play that much football.

Arsenal have failed to win in just 2 league games this year, one of those being the draw against Man City.

Strange definition of "wobble" that you have if that's one.

1 win in 5 (with 3 defeats) through December was their "wobble" eg when they (probably) lost the league

Too many negative performances as well. That game on Sunday against United was dreadful, they'd have deserved it if United had got an equaliser

Putting aside the charges cos nothings been proven and Man City are adamant they have evidence that prove their innocence, whats the issue? Their owners invested 2 billion?

Lansdown has sunk 200 million in to us which is why we are now a Championship team with a modern stadium and training facilities.

Yes Man City is on a much bigger scale but they've spent the money well and have got value for money due to their successes. 2 billion to be on the verge of doing something no other English team has done before. When their owners eventually sell then they'll easily double their money.

Chelsea are proof that money doesn't = success.

Chelsea were the original proof that money can and does buy success?

Not sure you can credit Pep or call it an unusal call to sub Ederson? He suffered a head injury and clearly didn't look right even after the game.

It caught my attention that he was checked by the physios and passed as ok. After play re started he seemed ok, making himself available for passing and showed no signs of the knock with his decision making. I agree - concussion is very serious, but why sub him then and not immediately at the time of the injury?

It was as though Pep over ruled the medical team and decided, with the importance of the result, to take no chances.

An interesting 5 minutes I thought.
