Because i certainly will! We need defenders (Yes plural) and someone in goal! Or at least someone who can challenge Phillips! We score like madmen and concede like loonies! He knows they can defend, they proved it last season. He and the coaches have to get them back playing as they where they were last season.If that means Amankwaah at right back then so be it.His height would be usefull. Guest Levster Posted September 27, 2004 Report Share Posted September 27, 2004 i think ourt problem is were conceding goals after we have just been on an attack and getting caught short at the back leaving Phillips stranded! i rate Smith he isnt afraid to get stuck in, even though he does concede a few free kicks from time to time. it would be handy for another keeper to challenfe Phillips, even though at the moment they would have to work very hard in training.
