culverhays Posted November 25, 2004 Report Share Posted November 25, 2004 as of 27 december,I'm in north wales(colwyn bay) and will try to get my dad to go to this game can anyone help RE:travel time,distance and safe parking,as my dads car is a bit on the eye catching side,and i read on here that a few of you have trouble with people breaking in. 22A Posted November 25, 2004 Report Share Posted November 25, 2004 I always park on Coronation Road or down a side road such as Dean Lane and walk the remainder of the way. Last season I hired a minibus and drove a load of Posh fans down. Despite the word Peterborough on the side of the bus, it was perfectly safe. Also in Dean Lane is The Coronation with some decent scrumpy! You and I have (at least) a three hour drive that day and we may have been late to bed the previous night.
