Cider red
People have been questioning our away support recently. Well you certainly cant question our home support , we have an average attendance of 11,991 , which is higher than this time last season. And when you consider we have played the likes of stockport and torquay i think that shows that our fan base is on the rise. You would think that the longer we stay in this division , the more the support would go , well it seems to be the opposite! After the luton game our average attendance will be well above 12000 , lets just hope the team can reward the loyal support with a win , and hopefully promotion this year. Stylus
Our home attendances have been on the increase over the last few years and this shows in our season ticket sells, as we sold more than ever before. Maybe our big fan base are actually starting to be present at the Gate against the likes of Chesterfield and Doncaster, rather than the odd Cup Final. The confidence is coming and with a bit of luck we'll all be rewarded with a long anticipated promotion party!
Robbored
An article in todays WDP says that all the West Country clubs are down on last seasons averages.I think City's was -800 or so. Colin Sexstone points out that City's last 5 home games of last season were all sell-outs when City were pushing for promotion and therefore don't fully reflect a normal season.
