Bristol Boy
To the tune of yellow submarine. Irelands coming in Then he's going straight back out Going stright back out Going straight back out I've heard of yoyo clubs never a yoyo player. Antman
I think Fry probably spotted a chance to crank up the price. Letting Butler go FIRST before actually signing Ireland was a rather inept thing to do in my book. Fry can now demand an extra 50K from us, and what are we going to do? The laurel & Hardy school of man-mismanagement, starring SL & BT Sadly, it's no laughing matter.

Say No. The fee has already been agreed. Fat Barry just probably needs the money quicker to pay the wages (I'm not kidding)

sdc1978
If a fee was agreed, why have P'boro now rejected our offer?
Bristol Boy
If a fee was agreed, why have P'boro now rejected our offer? ← It appears that what I feared would happen when they were unable to sign Branson (I posted something last week, I think) has happened and they've just ran out of players Knowing dipstick Fry, he'll change his mind by Thursday and CI will sign Here's hoping! Nibor
If a fee was agreed, why have P'boro now rejected our offer? ← It should be pointed out that they have rejected our offer of an immediate transfer which doesn't necessarily mean he won't sign at the end of the month when their injury crisis is over. Depends on how firm "agreed" is. Nibor
