Southport Red Posted January 5, 2004 Report Share Posted January 5, 2004 Saw somethig in the paper Sunday saying that Van Nistelroy was about to join an elite club of those having scored 200 league goals. There are only 5 players in the list (e.g. Shearer) but two of the 5 are not unknown to Robins fans, namely Andy ("call me Andrew") Cole and a certain 'Super Bob' Taylor. No other team (as far as I could tell) had more than 1 player in this list, Man Ure will get there when V-N scores again (he's on 199) but at the moment I think its only City. Is this a record?
