Bristol Rovers are seen as 'low profile' for Barnet.Their egos must be bulging.

Admin Maesknoll Red Posted June 27, 2005 Admin Report Share Posted June 27, 2005 A questionare is sent to all clubs requesting certain thingsA total f 120 are recived considering there are 92 clubs most clubs would only request one thingSo ours was the baloon fiesta(I presume)←Although the article said that Northampton have an away fixture in August to avoid clashing with the towns balloon festival........ Do they have one?I struggle to believe anything in the papers, when they are full of inaccuracies, I assume based on sloppy research and a lack of interest in the subject matter. Nogbad the Bad
Other rules are that the non league team coming into the 2nd division are given a low profile gameto start thier league career not had chance to look at that situation← That probably came in when Scarborough came into the League and their first game was against newly relegated Wolves. Thousands of Wolves fans turned up leading to mayhem in and around the ground, fighting on the terraces and at least one Wolves hooligan notoriously crashing through the roof of the stand onto the concrete terracing below. Not the ideal introduction to eagerly anticipated League football for Scarborough and their fans.

annanimo
I don't think the Football League hate Bristol City any more than other clubs. All this proves is that there should be a better system of working out fixtures.
