xerox6060 Posted July 11, 2005 Report Share Posted July 11, 2005 Leroy must have indicated he wanted to test the water with other clubs, therefore City's hand was forced I don't blame the club if there's any doubt he won't sign another contract we have to cash in.I'm a little disappointed in Leroy I think he owes us and especially Tinns a little more, thought he'd sign a new contract with a get out clause and keep both parties happy. Rednready Posted July 12, 2005 Report Share Posted July 12, 2005 Leroy does not owe bcfc or the fans anything more than tha job he was paid to do. He has decided he wants to improve himself at a higher level, he has to go for it while he has his youth and peak ability. Bcfc have Stewart , Brooker, Gillespie, and Cotterill to do the job, and whilst not the same as individuals to Lita, i think the combinations may well prove better.
