Robbored Posted July 11, 2005 Report Share Posted July 11, 2005 I wouldn't say it was "planned".Thats suggests that Leroy and the club have been somehow misleading the fans.Things have changed probably as a result of agents persuading Leroy that he's the next Michael Owen and to fulifill his dreams he'd have to leave Bristol City and show his talents off at a higher level.We see it all all the time at clubs all over the country. Then Reading fail to get their first couple of targets (the club have admitted as much) and turn to Lita.Lita considers it an offer too good to turn down.Whats unfair or unreasonable about that ?As long as we get a good fee for him, we have to accept that this is football.
