GoneWest
Disagree - we're moving forward, all be it from a pretty low point. That play off 'performance' wasn't a one-off it was a true indication of where we were at. Couldn't beat a poor 'whoosh' team made up of hoofers who were more concerned about their stadium than the match! After years of woeful management and bottling players, we're turning it around. The Club's culture from top to bottom needed to be radically overhauled. Tins tried it with the 'best' of Wilson's personnel and many couldn't respond due to having been in comfort zone for years. Tins therefore sorted it by moving on the perpetual under achievers. Yes there's be gaffs Millen, Dinning. Yes, we've lost Lita, Hill and Ahyinsa (sp) but what's been brought in hopefully, have the winning mentality. The point about Tins going public with criticism is a case of the last throw of the dice, nothing else succeeded - for example, did the players respond better to Wilson's flannel - Nah.I think by appointing an experienced manager from outside the Club we may have achieved quicker results but Tins is there - so go for it matey you've got my support and you deserve your success.
