So if ever there was a time we wanted to play a side, it is now!! What about poor Jer Boon? Surely he isn't going to risk his personal safety, only to get to Grimsby and find the game called off?? I think Jer has set off again today. I hear he was a bit down yesterday, having been all the way up to Hartlepool, then all the way back, then faced with the prospect of another long pedal through blizzards to a game that might get called off. So if anyone has been thinking of pledging him some money, but hasn't got round to it, then now might be a good time. If anyone would like to send him an encouraging text (along with an offer of money if you like) then pm me and I'll let you have his mobile number, providing you promise not to try and sell him double glazing or life insurance ;-).
