fct
England will lose out against the first quality side they come up against. They may have good players but Eriksson doesn't have motivational qualities and England's players have for the last 35 years had the inability inside their heads to go and win the thing. No matter who plays for england they haven't the mental attitude to pull it off and neither do they have the right manager.Holland to win the cup. We need to stay injury free - especially Rooney. We have quite a resiliant defence and Owen is also liable to score. I think the attitude is good- just look at Chelsea. Lampard and Terry have a great attitude. I'm not saying we will win it but we have a damn good chance.
Cyderman
And as you said in the other thread... It's Germany in Munich on a Saturday if England/Germany slip up.I've already heard alot of people say "5-1" and all that... Come the summer that result would be close to 5 years old! Plus the Germany side is much better now. The WC has a different edge to it which I doubt the Germans would be so slack to concede so many or be so poor.Very tricky. Here's hoping.
