Dastardly and Muttley Posted January 3, 2006 Report Share Posted January 3, 2006 I'm sure I read somewhere that GJ said we are more likely to sign players towards the end of January.Now to me, this suggests that the players we are signing will be out of contract in the summer, as clubs may be more likely to sell at a lower price if faced with a choice between taking the money then, or losing the player for nothing.To take this on another stage, what players are around that are out of contract in the summer?I believe Stock and Hayter at Bournemouth are two, and I'm sure a lot of Yeovil players are free to leave in the summer. I feel his comments back up those who feel GJ will move back to his roots, by bringing in some Yeovil players, although I'm not entirely sure who's contracts are due to run out there, can anyone do the legwork for me?!
