Guest ciderred77
It seems to be certain managers that favour using agents. For example Dario Gradi at Crewe refuses to work with them.Is it any coincidence that us, Yeovil and MK Dons all have very high fees.
maidenheadred
=how do they sleep at night..........On a bed of used 50 pound notes. I don't know what the fuss is about, personally. 86k to agents? So what? We have substitutes and reserve team players earning more than 200k a year... cheap seats are between £18-£20 per game, and we STILL have a wage bill nearly as high as our turnover. Sky came into football in 1992 and the subsequent massive influx of cash ruined football. All that money could have been spent improving stadia, and reducing ticket prices - but instead it went on players, and paying failures like Dinning, Doherty, Bridges, Hutchings, Stewart, Coles and almost too many other players WAY too much money, and forcing us to pay twice as much cash for the same quality of football. Yet we STILL demand the likes of substitute Luke Wilkshire be given a new contract, ignoring fact his salary alone costs 600 season tickets to cover!Media have seized on the agent thing because it's the one aspect of too-much-money-in-football they can attack without fear of reprisals. Murdoch owns sky, sky ruined football, murdoch owns or influences all media. Load of b0l10cks. I still pay to watch them though.
