Private Cider(cider army) Posted November 3, 2003 Report Share Posted November 3, 2003 If we went 4-4-2 on Saturday after 40 minutes please could someone clarify the following positions for me - What was our back 4 ?? Who went left wing ?? May be I was watching a completely different game to DW (I normally am!) but I thought the only change was Roberts going to the right and lita going up front. Robbored Posted November 3, 2003 Report Share Posted November 3, 2003 When Amankwaah started it was 3-5-2 with Butler,Coles,Hill as the back three. After Amankwaah got took off, Woodman dropped back from midfield into the RB slot along side the other three thereby making it 4-4-2. Roberts dropped to right wing from up front making way for Lita. Private Cider(cider army) Posted November 3, 2003 Author Report Share Posted November 3, 2003 I am pretty sure that woodman didnt go right back, bearing in mind i didnt know we went to 4-4-2 until i picked up the EP at lunch time, the only thing i thought it could be was Coles RB, Butler & Burnell?????? CB, and Matt hill LB with woodman LW, Wilks and Tinns CM and roberts on the right. Looking at this on paper and comparing to what i saw on saturday this cannot be right!!!
