twaters Posted March 7, 2004 Report Share Posted March 7, 2004 The only time i would ever say to a fan they are a part timer is when they start to criticise my team. I go to every home game and a few away each season, and it makes my blood boil when my friends dad comes to one or two big games and then criticises players etc. That is the only time i will judge someone for being a 'part time' fan. I too have been a student living in cardiff and only made it to a bout 10 games each season for three years, and would have been devastated to be called 'part time' but i feel there are certain unspoken fair play rules for fans. If a fan goes to every game and another fan to just a couple then i dont have a problem, its when they talk like they have been to every game that annoys me.
