I've got 3 keys, a box, a ring (which goes on the box), a power cable (which powers the "stale" CD player, a cassette, a CD case, a battery and a sheet of paper with a URL (which doesn't tell me a thing). Lift the pillow up and then click between the mattress and the bed post something is there (forgotten what) Open the curtain and click just below it, a ring falls out which you can pick up... If you put the two rings and the metal stick in the box you will be able to open it. Then watch the movie and wait for it to finish. When it's finished click 3 times on the exact part of the wall where the plus sign was. This reveals a safe. Use the URL to find the code, then you're nearly there!
