England Posted March 12, 2004 Report Share Posted March 12, 2004 Another poor display against very poor opposition - Carey was my MOTM, Butler was solid, Tins was absolute pants again, Goodfellow might as well not been on the pitch and the others were only ok. Worry about Brown and Doherty but the bottom line is another 3 points and has given Plymouth and QPR something to think about. Good to see Fortune come on and cause havoc again. England Posted March 12, 2004 Author Report Share Posted March 12, 2004 East End was good tonight - went quiet a few times and a few pillocks refused to sit all night but overall the noise kept coming apart from the pathetic stand up if you hate the gas from the children. The low points Doc & Aarons injuries, poor finishing again, Leroy coming off. Points on the board though and the others have to do the same.... Robbo moreso towards the end as his tail went up after realising it was then impossible for him to be substituted. Their centre halves were very solid.we played well in places and so did they.we had plus points,they started 2nd half much better.etc etc etc. Be realistic.Be positive.(I agree Tinns has had better games but is still likely to supply that moment of class).
