Millwall Game

Or we can turn up without tickets in our droves and the Police will be forced to open the bottom tier. Which will happen IF we win tomorrow.

Firstly all the exec boxes are sold out and I wouldn't be surprised if a ticket check was held at somwhere like London Bridge od Paddington or perhaps at Sth Bermondsey before you go down the walkway with those without tickets escorted back onto the first Bristol bound train at Paddington.

If they had the size od operation I've already posted about for Swansea's 50 train crew, then one can only imagine what they have in mind for Saturday at City's 1,000.

It will if we win tomorrow because i think at least 500 more fans would travel down in hope of getting in

In seasons past City have not even taken 500 in total.

In most seasons, we don't have promotion to go for on our last away game. The last time i can rememeber was Chester away in the old 4th division. We took thousands.

I was at Chester complete with collapsing fences but have felt pretty lonley on visits to Millwall and i often wondered where all those who go to Brentford dissappear to.

The tickets got to general sale and there were no overnight cues this tells me there was no huge demand and of course it is Millwall.

A handful may be rash but any others will stay in Paddington/Central London

That has happened in the past but the only snag is if they are about on the train (if going by train) and do spot checks

and they catch lads suspected of going to football without tickets they will put you back on the train

as they did with a few millwall coming to ashton gate.

They cant do that how can they prove you're going to football? :dunno:

I know quite a few with train tickets but no match ticket, Millwall should just open the bottom tier.

Surely if they had thought about this given City's league position, the traditional rivalry and Millwall's upturn in form, they could have sold the entire stand, making a few quid over and above the additional policing costs? It means that potentially City fans will be in the Millwall ends and trrouble is far more likely, without strict segregation.I am glad I have got a ticket, a nice day in Sarf London without a match ticket avoiding Bushwackers and Peckham Possee shooters is not my choice of recreation!!!!

Just been on North Stand Banter and a City fan has let slip that loads of us are coming on official coaches and theres a hint there may be a large 'welcoming party' waiting now.

Damn that city fan for "letting it slip" that away fans are coming by official coach! who'd of thought it???!!!

Millwall's mob won't be interested in the official coaches mate, they'll be busy trying to get it on with Citys mob of 100 or so lads. City will have plenty of boys up in the city that day fella don't you worry!
